The Pink Lady® Club is getting a makeover. It has been completely redesigned and has become the Pink My Life Club, which offers new advantages and new services to members.

Membership of the Pink My Life Club is available in 13 countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden and Portugal (new), accessible at

Membership of the Pink My Life Club requires unreserved acceptance of all of these terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”), of which the member acknowledges having been informed.

1 – Membership of the Pink My Life Club

To join the Pink My Life Club, the Internet user must log on to the website. They must register with the Pink My Life Club by completing the online form. To do so, they must provide their postal address, email address and choose a personal password, as well as other information to create their account.

For subsequent logins, identification will be made using the email and password. The member’s password is strictly personal and confidential. Its storage and use are the sole responsibility of the member. Any operation carried out using this email and password will be presumed to have been carried out by the member. Pink Lady® Europe is therefore released from any liability in the event of fraudulent use of a member’s Pink Lady® account.

Membership of the Pink My Life Club is open to any natural person over the age of 18, residing in one of the 13 countries covered by the website and who has full legal capacity to enter into a valid commitment under these terms and conditions. Membership is reserved for private individuals for their personal use. Membership is free. Pink Lady® Europe reserves the right to refuse membership of the Pink My Life Club to any person who does not meet the membership conditions. Members may unsubscribe at any time via the “Consult/Change my personal data” section on the Club page.

Members who had already registered with the previous version of the Pink Lady® Club will not be considered as members of the new club and must register if they wish to do so. Only their subscriptions to the Pink Lady® Club news mailing list will be kept in order to be kept informed of news from the new Pink My Life Club.

2 – Benefits of the Pink My Life Club

Membership of the Pink My Life Club allows members to take part in the development of a community of Pink Lady® ambassadors and in an interactive content- and experience-filled club.

Membership of the Pink My Life Club notably allows members to benefit from the following advantages:

The frequency of the different operations is defined by Pink Lady® Europe, which is free to manage it and change it at its discretion. Pink Lady® Europe is also free to choose and determine the content of the different prizes for each operation at any time.

3 – How contributions work

3.1 – Terms and conditions for contributing

How can you earn hearts?

To earn hearts, members must take part in an activity organised by Pink Lady® Europe. Pink Lady® Europe is free to determine the content, frequency and theme of these activities.

The content and conditions for taking part in each activity are described on the website and can be accessed from the Pink My Life Club homepage (whose url is, once the member has logged in (dashboard). These activities may include Do-It-Yourself challenges, surveys, contests (notably food contests), etc.

Each activity is open for a limited period of time (usually 21 days to 3 months). It has an imperative deadline for the submission of contributions. These contributions may consist of video or photo files to be uploaded to the website, or content to be entered in free-form fields (e.g. cooking recipes, anecdotes, etc.). Articles and tutorials will be available on the website, on the My Pink Life club homepage, once the member has logged in, to help members take part in activities and submit their contributions.

The submission of each contribution – if it takes place within the time limit and corresponds to the requirements specified in the conditions of participation in the activity concerned – entitles the member to earn 1 to 3 hearts. The number of hearts depends on the difficulty of the activity. This is defined in advance and communicated at the stage of participation in the activity.

3.3 – Checking your heart account

Pink My Life Club members may check their heart balance at any time on the website, in the Club/Shop section, My Hearts (once they have logged in).

Hearts may only be used by the member who holds the account. Any creation of false accounts will be subject to legal action.

Hearts are and remain in all cases the property of Pink Lady® Europe, which grants Pink My Life Club members permission to use the hearts they have acquired in accordance with the rules defined in article 3.2.

3.4 – Expiration of hearts

Hearts acquired fraudulently will be cancelled without further consideration, formality or compensation. The hearts acquired by the member have no market value. They are not convertible into money and may under no circumstances be transferred, resold, bequeathed, brokered, bartered to any other person or accumulated in another account – whether for a fee or free of charge, or even if that person is already a member of the Pink My Life Club. The sale, purchase, donation, brokering, transfer, bartering or exchange of hearts is strictly forbidden, regardless of the compensation involved.

4 – Allocation of prizes

Members who have hearts may use them to get prizes in the online shop in the “Shop / Catalogue” section of the Club website for members only.

In the same way, members with ambassador status may obtain the gifts that correspond to their status, without having to prove that they have hearts, in the online shop in the “Shop / Catalogue” section of the Club website.

The dates of availability, the nature and the value of each prize are described in the online shop, as well as the number of hearts or the conditions required to obtain them.

Please note that the prizes are renewed each season, 4 times a year. They are not related to the contributions and activities. Only the prizes offered in the shop at the time the member decides to benefit from them may thus be obtained.

Once the member has selected their prize, they may order it if they have the required number of hearts or if it corresponds to their ambassador status. They may then confirm their order as well as the delivery address (in the case of an order for a physical good requiring delivery) in order to receive their gift. To do so, they must 1) click on the thumbnail in the rewards list, 2) click on the order button in the pop-up window and 3) click on the order confirmation.

Their account will automatically be debited with the number of hearts or benefits linked to the corresponding ambassador status. They will then receive an email confirming their order as well as the details of the draw, and regarding how to receive the prizes.

Pink Lady® Europe reserves the right to cancel an order at any time, or to replace the prize ordered with an equivalent prize, particularly in the event of its unavailability.

5 – Prize draws

The draws are carried out under the supervision of a judicial official and are defined by the rules available in the club shop

6 – Pink My Life Club operating procedure

The Pink Lady® Europe team reserves the right to request proof of identity from the member. Failure to do so may result in the withdrawal of a Pink My Life Club benefit. By providing their contact details when joining, members agree to allow Pink Lady® Europe to send them benefits related to the loyalty club, the brand and its products by post and/or e-mail (if the member has given their consent to receive e-mail). A member may only have one membership in their name and at their home address. In case of duplicate membership, the oldest account will be kept and the benefits of the second account will be cancelled.

Membership is strictly personal and reserved for individuals for their own non-professional use. Membership may not be assigned or transferred to a third party in any way whatsoever, whether in return for payment or free of charge.

Membership of the Pink My Life Club is for an indefinite period. Any change of postal address must be reported to Pink Lady® Europe on, in the “Club/My account” section. Any change of email address must be reported to Pink Lady® Europe via the “Contact” section of the website. Members are responsible for the information they provide and guarantee its accuracy and completeness. If they fail to update their personal data, Pink Lady® Europe is no longer able to guarantee members the appropriate use of their benefits.

Members undertake to comply with the terms and conditions of the Pink My Life Club. Pink Lady® Europe reserves the right, at any time, to modify or terminate the Pink My Life Club and its terms and conditions or benefits. The new conditions will be communicated to the member by any appropriate means and will be applicable immediately.

Pink Lady® Europe also reserves the right to modify its schedule for the acquisition and use of hearts and benefits granted to members with ambassador status, and to set up specific schedules linked to commercial or marketing operations. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be made available to Pink My Life Club members on Under no circumstances may a member make any claim whatsoever against Pink Lady® Europe following changes to the content and offers of the Pink My Life Club or the cancellation of the Pink My Life Club decided by Pink My Life Europe or imposed by the legislation of the countries concerned.

Pink My Life Europe reserves the right, at any time, to suspend or cancel a member’s membership of the Pink My Life Club for just cause, in particular if the member does not comply with the terms and conditions of the Pink My Life Club, or if the member damages the image of Pink Lady® Europe or the Pink Lady® brand.

Pink Lady® Europe is exonerated from all liability for any direct or indirect consequences of any malfunction of the Pink My Life Club loyalty programme. In the event of a malfunction, Pink Lady® Europe will nevertheless make its best efforts to maintain the benefits already acquired by the member.

7 – Intellectual property

The member hereby transfers, without restriction or reservation, all intellectual property rights of any kind (copyrights, designs and models, inventions, whether patentable or not, distinctive signs, databases, know-how, etc.) likely to relate to the contributions that they make to the Pink Lady® community to Pink Lady® Europe, which accepts them.

This transfer is made on a non-exclusive basis. This means that members are free to distribute their own contributions on condition that these contributions do not reproduce the Pink Lady® brand, distinctive signs or products unless Pink Lady® Europe has given its prior and express consent.

This transfer allows Pink Lady® Europe to reproduce and represent the contributions, in whole or in part, on all known or unknown media, in particular paper, books, brochures, posters, press, video, films, photographs, electronic, analogue, digital, computer, audiovisual, cinema, satellite and radio media, as well as by online exploitation, for example on the Internet, in particular through exploitation on portals or websites, and in particular the website www., on an intranet and on mobile applications on smartphones, and by all tangible or intangible, existing or future, foreseeable or unforeseeable processes.

It also allows Pink Lady® Europe to modify and adapt the contributions as it wishes, for the purposes of the above exploitation, and to translate the contributions into any language, provided that the contributions are not distorted.

This transfer is made free of charge and is valid for all countries and all languages and for the entire duration of the protection under intellectual property law.

The member declares that they are the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to the contributions and that they have all the necessary rights and authorisations to be able to properly consent to this transfer.

The member guarantees Pink Lady® Europe free, peaceful and unrestricted use of the contributions against any and all disturbances, claims and evictions. In particular, they guarantee Pink Lady® Europe that the contributions do not contain anything that may fall under the laws and regulations relating to counterfeiting, unfair competition, privacy, image rights, personality rights and, more generally, that may infringe the rights of third parties.

8 – Personal data, data processing and liberties

As part of their membership of the Pink My Life Club and, in general, their dealings with Pink Lady® Europe, members are required to communicate a certain amount of personal data concerning them. This data is processed by the Pink Lady® Europe association, whose contact details are given at the top of this document.

The legal basis for this processing involves:

The purpose of this processing is to guarantee members optimum use of the benefits of the Pink My Life Club, to enable Pink Lady® to adapt its offers and notably to inform members of the offers available. The processing of orders by Wonderful requires sharing contact details such as postal addresses. The processing of consumer feedback carried out by BePhone requires sharing the data needed to process the feedback.

Only the following have access to this data, within the limits of their respective responsibilities: (i) Pink Lady® Europe’s internal teams responsible for the management and administration of the Pink My Life Club and (ii) service providers commissioned by Pink Lady® Europe to assist in the management and administration of the Pink My Life Club, and notably communication agencies, webmasters and hosts commissioned by Pink Lady® Europe, as well as service providers in charge of centralising orders and shipments and answering members’ questions or requests. The personal data that must be provided are indicated as such on the forms. The compulsory nature of the data results from the need to operate the Pink My Life Club and to adapt the Pink Lady® offers and the benefits of the Pink My Life Club to the needs of members. Without this data, Pink Lady® Europe will not be able to register the member’s membership of the Pink My Life Club and manage the member’s account, and in particular to enable the member to benefit from the advantages provided by the Pink® Lady Club.

Members have the right to access, rectify, delete and object to their personal data at any time, as well as the right to limit processing, to data portability and the right not to be the subject of an automated individual decision (including profiling). The member also has the right to withdraw the consents given for the processing of their personal data at any time. Finally, the member has the right to define directives concerning what happens to their data after their death. In order to exercise these rights, they should send a letter or an email to the contact details mentioned in article 1. If the member is not satisfied with these exchanges, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the French Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).

9 – Complaints – Mediation – Disputes

Any complaint or dispute relating to the Pink My Life Club, the hearts and, in general, these terms and conditions, must be made by the member in writing and sent to the Pink Lady® Europe address mentioned in Article 1. Pink Lady® Europe will endeavour to respond as soon as possible.

In all cases, the member has the right to have recourse to a consumer mediator free of charge in order to resolve the dispute amicably. The member may access the names, contact details and websites of the mediators listed on the website
